And what of my wrath?

FAKE MOVIES | “I HATE YOU, NO YOU DON’T”
requested by lestreep
Genre: Comedy
Cast: Helena Bonham Carter, Meryl Streep, Emma Thompson

Emma (Helena Bonham Carter) thought marrying into the Jones family would be easy. But when Lee (guest starring Aaron Eckhart) introduces her to his older sisters things don’t go as planned. Sylvia (Meryl Streep) takes a liking to Emma, but the middle sister Vivian (Emma Thompson) hates her guts.

It is a gift, a privilege – you’re working with a great friend. We’ve acted together and I’ve directed her, as well. But its not like putting on a slipper, there’s a challenge involved because she’s an artist and she’s a brain and she’s a will and she’s a power and a force and that’s all very challenging, but that’s what I like. - Alan Rickman on working with Emma Thompson.

Benedick: I do love nothing in the world so well as you. Is not that strange?
Beatrice: As strange as the thing I know not. It were as possible for me to say I love nothing so well as you. But believe me not. And yet I lie not. I confess nothing, nor I deny nothing. I am sorry for my cousin.
Benedick: By my sword, Beatrice, thou lovest me.
Beatrice: Do not swear, and eat it.
Benedick: I will swear by it that you love me, and I will make him eat it that says I love not you.

Are you yet living?

Are you yet living?

50 Favorite People | Emma Thompson
Acting simply cannot be about how you look. It would be very difficult to make a film where you have to be beautiful in every shot. You have to put so much effort into it; you have to hold your head at particular angles, put the light in a certain way and I don’t like acting like that. I like to act unconscious of how I look.
